Before you sign up — Collection Notice

Tim's Severe Weather (ABN 44 002 468 286) collects your email and, if you choose, your phone number to create your account, deliver weather alerts, process payments through Stripe, and contact you about the service. We also log basic technical data (IP, device, timestamps) for security and delivery. We share your data only with the providers listed in our Privacy Policy (hosting, payments, email and SMS delivery, analytics). You can access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@timsweather.au, or complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

•This site is not an official weather service. It aggregates data from BOM, Open-Meteo, JTWC, AccuWeather and others.
•Alerts are supplementary to official sources. Always rely on the Bureau of Meteorology, your State Emergency Service, and Triple Zero (000) for emergencies.
•Weather forecasting is inherently uncertain. Alerts may be delayed, duplicated, missed or blocked by carriers.
•Some content is generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify critical information against official sources before acting.
•I assume all risk for any decisions or actions I take based on information from this website.
•The operator has no duty to continuously monitor conditions, issue warnings, or guarantee delivery intervals.
•To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss, injury, damage or claim arising from use of the site.
•Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the price paid.
